The Villa Fol Avril  is a small charming boutique hotel deep in the countryside but close to Paris.

We are located in Normandy in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park  where the Percheron horse is born.

The Villa proposes nine large rooms, a restaurant with a terrace, walled gardens and a warmed up swimming pool.

Built in the 19th century, this former coaching inn was once the preferred stopover for travellers passing through Le Perche. When we started on the renovations at the end of 2005, we did our utmost to retain and enhance the original style of the site while offering the very best in comfort and security.
 

When planning the interiors, we gave priority to:
  - space and light (guest rooms from 15 to 45 m2, two or three windows per room)
  - natural materials (lime, terracotta, timber, linen*...)
  - furnishings bought in the region (Le Perche has an abundance of antique dealers and second-hand markets).

The terraced and walled gardens contain a warmed up swimming pool and afford stunning views of the Corbionne Valley and give direct access to the many surrounding walking trails.

Villa Fol Avril is located in the centre of Moutiers au Perche, of which the old village built on the hillside and the Roman church (12th and 16th centuries) are showpieces of the Perche.
