Villa fol Avril proposes:
The hotel and the restaurant are built on a former 19th century coaching inn.
For the renovations we gave priority to space and light, natural materials (lime, terracotta, timber, linen...).
Furnishings were bought in the region (Le Perche has an abundance of antique dealers and second-hand markets).
The garden gives direct access to the surrounding walking trails.
Rooms
The hotel proposes twelve bedrooms from €120 to €210 (depending on category and season)
Every room is different, all the rooms are bright, comfortable and secured.

The hotel proposes a nice garden and a heated swimming pool. We are at the center of Le Perche, the place of the Percheron horses breeding.
Discover Le Perche, the markets, the living nature, hike, cycle, ride, play golf, visit the antics shops or the second-hand markets...
Location
Villa fol Avril is located in Normandy near Paris (less than 140 km) at Moutiers au Perche, halfway between the D-day landing beaches and the Châteaux of the Loire Valley.
